I have lived in Yorba Linda for over 50 years and have used this shoe repair store from time to time and it was the best up to about three years ago. Now I would not recommend this store. The repair employee is of poor workmanship quality. I just had a couple of shoes repaird for my wife and they were so badly repaired and looked bad that I did not want them. The employee did not care about customer statisfaction or doing a least a good Job. He also seem not to care about long term customers. I hope the ower take a look at this posting and contacts me as I love this community and would like to see Yorba Linda business grow and develope. This is a not good.. 10/25/2014
