Absolutely love this place. I've been going here for just over 2 years now. I've went almost every 2 weeks for the last year for deep tissue massage and my body thanks them! I recently tried the facial for myself and my girlfriend, loved it. I event send my parents there ever so often. Don't let the outside fool you, inside is very relaxing and the staff is very welcoming and professional.

For mother's day, I had been offered an appointment for 12 noon. I drove the 20+ minutes from my home only to find the place locked down tight. I called their number & left a message; someone called me back within minutes, insisting that my appointment was for a later time, which was impossible as I had other plans. The salon rep was not very sincere in her apology for the mix up and offered no recourse. Looking to get a refund and will never purchase another deal on either Groupon or Living Social.

First impression: as soon as we walked in the the gay guy (I can't remember his name but he was proud to tell you he was gay) he asked if we brought our vouchers. I didn't like that and honestly I wouldn't pay full price for the crappy massage we received. He was the same guy who did my massage and I would not recommend him. He was very annoying repeating the fact he have been doing this for over 13 years like nobody cares. And he was far from professional, telling me he is gay and he's not interested in me. I just told him I prefer a women to massage me because I can't handle too much pressure and men are usually rough. My massage experienced was basically him drenching my body in oil, he almost finish his bottle of oil! And creating pain and tension in places that was never there before. He had his body pressed down over mine, for someone who have been doing this for 13 years that is not a massage. He basically got annoyed with me telling him that he was hurting me and he rushed the massage. Our massage went from 60 minutes to 30 minutes literally. We started at 5:20 and we were in our car by 5:50 crazy but I was glad that it was over. To wipe the oil off he literally gave me a towel burn they way he was brushing the towel over my skin. I will never return worse massage and experience I have ever received in my life! I would not recommend this place to anybody. Unprofessional and no customer service skills. I don't even think that guy has his license, I receive better massages from my husband. My husband did not enjoy his massage by Stephanie. He felt like she wasn't focused on him because she was too busy talking to the guy and she rushed his massage as well. Thank god we bought a groupon for this place!

I went there today ,and it was the best massage i ever had . Jeff is very good and professional make me feel comfortable ,at all time i cant wait for my second visit . Tanya was also very nice
