Outstanding service time and again for all my auto needs! Al and his team always answer my questions. When I got into a minor accident, they had my car towed, worked with the insurance company and made the whole process super easy. When I got my car back, it looked like new. I would highly recommend them!

Be aware! Don't go there. They also have a Repair shop on the same street about 50 feet away from their body shop. A few months ago i took my truck for brake replacements and everything went well for a few months until my brakes gave way on a major highway almost hitting head on to vehicle slowing down for traffic. Slowly drove to emergency shoulder and noticed that rear brake pad came partially off the rotator disk. Problem was a missing bolt that holds the brake pad in place. Serious problem that could had cause me serious injury. Anyway, went to shop on the following day to ask for a repair or credit, but i was confronted by one of the persons in charge. threatenned and kicked out of establishment. Had to open a case with the B.B.B. WAITING FOR RESULT FROM THEM

The service at this auto body shop was absolutely amazing! After a long trying day of tickets and a car accident, I had been sent over to Al to repair my passenger's side view mirror this evening. Exhausted and low on funds, I drove over to the shop with hopes that someone would be able to help me with my problem. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by friendly faces which was exactly what I needed to see after crying crocodile tears all day. Luckily, those friendly faces were able to help me, and they did so in less than a half hour! The best part of my experience was the pricing of the job. How can you beat free? Now, I know you've read my best friend, Siobhan Clarke's review. Please let me be the first to say that there was no exaggeration in her review!!! I strongly advise and recommend that if any of you reading this are in need of some type of body work done on your car to go to Central Auto Body Collision. They're open until 6pm Monday through Friday, so don't worry about rushing over to beat the usual 5pm closing time. Also, you'll be saving a lot of money, so there will be no worries about the gas millage lost to get over there if you do not live in the area. Thank you again Al and crew for your services. If I ever need my car serviced again, I'll be driving up to you!!

Today was a trying day, for both my best friend and I. We were in a minor collision in Manhattan, an unfortunately her right mirror was taken off her Chrysler 200, 2011 model. Shaken up we were quite distraught, we started calling around and we found a Junk yard that had the part. The gentlemen referred us to them to do the work, taking off the whole side mirror and reconstructing it with the piece left from the collision. Prompt with customer service, the President of the company Mr. Al Omoush met us at our car telling us to pull into the garage, and he quickly had one of his workers assist us right away. Sitting in the car, we looked at each other wondering how much it was it going to cost for the work. We were quite low on funds!! A couple of minutes later Mr. Al Omoush appeared to check on the progress with the car asking if we needed anything else. So, she asked how much it was going to cost. So he said, "$150.00"!! Yes folks, he also has a wonderful sense of humor. We said, "Oh no!" He was like, "it's fine, I'm just kidding." Putting us at ease. He offered us comfortable seating in the office while the car was being serviced. While waiting, we still didn't have the foggiest idea as to what the work was going to cost. So in walked in Mr. Al Omoush, being attentive and caring about our situation asking how much could we afford to pay..... we said $20.00.... LOLOLOLOL seriously, we said $20.00!!!!!! He looked at us, in disbelief. He said, "come on guys, that isn't even realistic. But let me work out the numbers, and i'll let you know." Shortly after, he comes in telling us, that the car was done and that he wasn't charging us for the work done on the car. " IT'S FREE GIRLS, FREE, GO HOME, PUT YOUR MONEY IN YOUR POCKET AND ENJOY YOUR DAY!!! We were so shocked, but so ecstatic that we were able to save money. You know that most auto repair shops try to rob you blind, but no here. They're more than fair, and exceptionally generous.



Excellent service wouldn't even be the word to describe the service at this Auto Body Shop. They care about your experience and they do phenomenal work. The mirror works perfectly, like nothing happened to it. Elated, they sure turned our crappy day into a wonderful one!



A Super big thank you, to Mr. Al Omoush and staff, for working so quickly and diligently on our behalf. In the future, I will definitely make my way to Yonkers, for their #1 Customer Service.
