Really bad management and maintenance. Very rude & insulting, won't fix water leaks. All my Windows leak when it rains. High radon test results. Black mold & mushrooms growing under carpets. Sewer system backed up into house & flooded 3 rooms with fecal slug causing 5000.00 personal property damge. Have to go to court to recoup money.

The plumbing is bad, the roofs leak, windows leak ( mold issues) and they don't fix problems promptly if at all.

When you move no matter how you clean, you don't get your deposit back.. Be prepared to fight!
