Used this guy 8 years ago while building a brand new home. The roof leaked from the get go. Guy was reluctant to come back and when he did he made excuses but did reset some rubber stack boots which helped. The Roof still leaked bad and he would not come back. I had to hire another roofer who quickly resolved the problem. After 5 years of losing shingles I called two roofers who said the shingles were not properly nailed on their nailing strip. As a result this was a main reason for me having to re-roof my house. Byers had left the area and there was no way to get hold of him. He now I understand back in the area. I would never use him again. I have spoken to other building contractors and they had similar experiences.
