I recently purchased the most wonderful laminate flooring product from Media's. However, the estimate that I was given from them for the amount of product to order was significantly over the amount needed. When I requested to refund the un-opened, boxes I was told that since it was a special order they could not accommodate my request. I do understand, but, this was their error. I ordered on their estimated numbers. We are talking about an amount of $400. Sad. KE
