I had been having problems with my Air Conditioning unit and had called several other companies out first... After getting 3 high priced estimates for replacement, someone recommended I call MBI Construction Services. The guy who came out was polite and courteous and said that I had a leak, fixed it and saved me over $2000. Definitely call them if you want the truth!!

I used MBI twice and there won't be a third! The second time they came out to do a "free" estimate for repair and replacement. They wer here for 15 minutes, told me there was nothing wrong with the furnace. Reccomended I replace the thermostat. I did this myself and it did the job. I never got the estimate for replacement. I got a bill for my "free" estimate...... $100!!! For 15 minutes of nothing. I explained my case, they lowered it to $50 and said they were sorry for the misunderstanding. So if you need a $50-100 "free" estimate, these are your guys. I pointed out they will be losing the business of replacing my furnace in the near future and they decided the $50 was better???????!!!!!!
