two computers in for service to Computer Works. 1st one a HP laptop with a smashed screen. Best Buy wouldn't repair it. Office Depot wouldn't repair it. They both just wanted me to replace it with a new laptop. Sorry but I can't afford to just throw it away and get new when I accidently bumped my laptop bag into a desk corner and broke it. Computer Works repaired (replaced) the screen for a reasonable price ($200 or so) which was a lot cheaper then replacing the computer. 2nd computer was my tower that ran out of hard disk space. I bought a new 2 terabyte hard drive and they cloned the old hard drive to it for a 1/2 hour charge that was about $35. You can't get better service than that. I didn't even buy the hard drive from them! A1 company with integrity. I will go back again to have them build me a computer soon. This one gets converted to a media computer on the tv, when I can afford it.

computer have virus. fbi not let me in. computer works guy repair fast for me, to open computer now. very good service to me only cost 79 dollar. I take another computers to them last week for broken monitor laptop. take a little 5 days longer because of order part, very fast I think. work perfect and less money them repair then buy new one. sweet people to help good price.

Service requested from this local shop was to reload my virus loaded computer. They completed the work in a little more then 3 days. The computer worked properly, had antivirus software installed on it, all the updates were done already. Everything was perfect. I will use them again soon for another laptop I have that has issues.
