Technician called ~1pm said he was on the way. Showed up within 20 min.
Was courteous and professional. Communication was excellent. Had it diagnosed and repaired within 1.5 hours. So we can add skillful to his skills as well.
Overall, excellent experience!

Provided by YPmobileI got charged $75 just for the tech to tell me my washer wasn't worth fixing.What ever happened to free estimates?.... would not recommend calling them.
