Great salon!!!

I had my hair foiled and cut at His and Hers and am SO pleased! My stylist actually LISTENED to what I wanted and it couldn't have turned out better! Thank you!

Poor customer service

I went to get my hair foil and cut. My foils ran and it looked like I had a block color done. It was done so very poorly and I was very disappointed. I went back to to talk to the manager to see what could be done to remedy the situation. I was met with disrespect from the manager and she was unwilling to do anything about my foil, did not even look at my hair and actually said "It looked fine" They would not redo it or give me some money back. I did not ask for a refund I just wanted it fixed. I left and made an appt. with another saloon and they agreed with me that it was an awful job and FIXED my hair and even gave me some money off since I had already spent so much for the mess I had. If you go to this saloon know they do not stand behind their work and know that they are rude and hard to deal with. I would not recommend this saloon to anyone.
