Provided by YP.comI had a serious disagreement with a Wright and Filippis branch. In a very gracious move, the branch decided that, although we disagreed about the facts, they would "put themselves out" and make sure that I, the customer, was satisfied. I am very grateful for that. It shows excellent customer service.
