I brought in my car for an alignment and tire balance. They got it done in a timely manor. But after getting home I noticed all my brand new hub caps were dented. It's very hard to miss. Very dissatisfied with why they didn't tell me before I left and had to call to figure out what happened. After coming back they gave me money back, but if they dont know how to put on simple snap on hub caps how can I trust my alignment?

Great service, fair price!I just got my axle replaced and I am very happy with the service work. I was able to set an appt. for the very next day. Every person I talked to was friendly and polite. I called to a few different repair shops and they had the best price. I have another car that needs to be repaired and I will gladly give them my business. I trust this repair shop and would recommend Grapewood Frame & Axle to any friend of mine!!

I totally trust my car to the technicians at Grapewood. They invariably fix my car correctly the first time and at fair price. They even do it while I wait if I call ahead to get the parts ready!
