Extremely poor customer service and business acumen!!!

I purchased a styling tool from their website and after several days when the order had not shipped, I requested a cancellation and refund of payment.

They ignored my request and shipped the item, and of course it did not arrive in time for when it was needed.
I shipped the unopened package back, which tracking information confirms that it was delivered on 03/06/2023. To date, this business has not responded to any of the many emails that have been sent and at this point, I view this as theft.

Although I previously supported this business by purchasing the entire hair kit (shampoo, conditioner, carmel treatment, hair food, buttershine), which ultimately did not give the results that were expected (as indicated in their marketing), leaving me somewhat disappointed, I still decided to make the most recent purchase based entirely upon supporting a small black owned business.
I regret that decision now and wish I had read the reviews before I immediately went to their website, before searching any of the big box stores for the styling tool that was needed.

Lack of integrity and character is usually the beginning of the end to a business. To the sorry ass owner of this company, you have your merchandise, REFUND my money.

I got my hair done in November 2016 @ Etae hair salon, I got my ends trimmed and the caramel treatment. At first I was not impressed with the style the young woman gave me or the out come of the famous caramel treatment everyone in Philadelphia had been talking about. Not until a week or 2 after the fact did I realize how awesome this product is. Usually my hair sweats out while I'm sleep or gets messed up some type of way because I don't wrap my hair, but my hair literally lasted all month long and stayed beautiful a full and flowy. Even after I washed my hair and flat ironed it, it was as if I just left the shop. Etae is a awesome product the salon is beautiful and you get points everytime you buy products or get your hair done. I can't wait to go back. Forgot to mention since my Carmel treatment my hair has grown Atleast 2 or 3 inches.
