I have lived in Southfork for almost 3 years now. What a mistake. It has progressively gone downhill since I moved in. It's a great place to live IF you’re a child molester, drug dealer, illegal alien etc. because the so called "management" team is a joke. They have no idea who actually lives in each mobile home, as long as they get their money each month, they don't care. There are two "known" dope dealers on my street alone. If you like low life scum, disrespectful illegal immigrants, punk kids with no adult supervision and having to worry about getting broke into, the "Come on Down!"

We have had several break ins recently and a few weeks ago a shooting down by the crack house! Nice! Great management. These people are as big a part of the problem as the trash they allow in. It is truly sad because the facilities here are decent, and there are a few, very few, decent people in the park, of course, most of them , including myself, are looking to move out.

So there should be plenty of room for more illegal aliens and dopers.
