I will never go to this store ever again. The person that "helped me" was Mohammed and he was a LIAR. He not only lied to about about having my phone in stock, he had me pay for the phone and then showed me it was in a different color. I did not want that color and wanted a refund so he tried to charge me a $50 re-stocking fee for a phone I hadnt even touched yet!!!! THEN....after 45 minutes I finally get my refund and he says the money will go right back into my account and ITS STILL NOT THERE 24 hours later! LIARS LIARS LIARS. This is not the first time I had a bad experience there!

Not happy! The first couple of times I went to this store I was content with the service. I bought a new phone (signing a new 2 yr. contract) in April (07) and everything went pretty smooth. At least I thought it did...they never explained that I was supposed to get the rebate form with my phone ( I left under the impression that she had taken care of "everything" like she said). I never recieved my rebate.



A few months later I went back to the store to ask them about it and they had no idea what I was even talking about! The guy that "helped" me was no help at all and a little rude. I left even more frustrated and angry then when I got there! After 7 months I finally got it all resolved through the 800 number.



I will NOT be going back to that T-Mobile store EVER!
