I had a horrible experiences with them for primary care. Monet Murphy refused to treat my 19 yr. old daughter with special needs. She has to have a vaginal swab done because there is green discharge. My daughter was nervous and did not cooperate well. She had never had a test "down there" before. Monet gave up. The next day, my daughter went back, said she would cooperate and asked if she would try again. The corporate office would not even let her change PCPs to another one in Allen Park. I have worked with Sheila who sees patients there. I like her, but Sheila could not even try to work with her. Monet does not understand how to work with people with a developmentally disability. I'm not sure if Monet is just not patient and not understanding OR is discriminating against a person with a developmental disability.
