My roof only lasted 101/2 years. This summer, Mr. Kostelnik came to my home, and asked, "WHO put on this roof"? I replied, " You did and showed him the receipt. He gave me one of the highest estimates I got to replace the roof.

I am writing because of the wonderful experience I had with Kostelnik Roofing. After receiving estimates from several companies, Kostelnik Inc. came in with the lowest bid. Dave Kostelnik not only informed me of the roof, but did so without applying any pressure. His understanding and patience made me feel confident that I was going with the best contractor. The day of the installation the crew showed up on time and ready to take care of business. They represented Kostelnik Roofing with the utmost professionalism. The roof came out beautifully and the crew cleaned up every piece of debris. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Dave showed up to make sure everything was perfect and I was happy with the job. He was friendly and genuine and I will definitely recommend Kostelnik Roofing to all of my friends and family.

Kostelnik has been in business for 35 years with a golden reputation. He is the contractor used by most of the city inspector's on their own homes because of his good work and follow up on his ten year guarantee. Mr. Kostelnik can be afford to be picky with difficult customers who complain about everything. He was very wise to walk away from taking the job from the person who wrote the negative review.
