I visited Bella Donna's just last week and my experience was nothing short of FABULOUS. I live a LONG way away from Bella Donna's and would never have even considered traveling that distance, except after calling SEVENTEEN bridal salons all over Michigan, they were the only one who carried a Maggie Sottero dress (Serencia) from her new Spring 2015 line that I was dying to try on. So I made the trip. I can't tell you how happy I am that I did so! The salon was beautiful, the dress selection was fantastic and the owner couldn't have been any nicer and accommodating! Such a sweetheart! I have done A LOT of shopping for dresses over the past month (I've been to 9 other bridal appointments in the metro Detroit area and one in Chicago) and I am so happy that I came across this salon and made the trip. Not only did I love the dress I came to see, I found two others that I absolutely love also. Now I have three stunners to choose from! I plan on going back to Bella Donna's to purchase my dress in a week or so after I've taken some time to contemplate which one is "THE ONE". Highly recommend Bella Donna's! :)



P.S. As another reviewer mentioned, this salon is under new ownership. The previous owners apparently didn't operate the business in the same manner that it is run now. Please disregard the negative reviews and give this place a shot. You won't be disappointed! :)

Yikes! Terrible alterations. They ruined a gorgeous dress by unevenly lopping off the bottom of the dress and did such terrible hemming it was unwearable. Devastating to my daughter! Mismatched beading. This hack job was done in a rush on the very day we were picking it up and made to wait 1 1/2 hours. Way overpriced. Do not trust them. Now they say they will sell this disaster to someone else. Watch out!

Bella Donna's was the first bridal salon I visited in my pursuit of the perfect dress. Though I had appointments at two other shops later that day, Bella Donna's hit the spot! It's an elegant shop in quaint downtown Wyandotte that welcomed my mini entourage like we were all guests of honor! The girls there allowed us to peruse the shop for eye catching dresses and delivered them to my spacious fitting room. Their selection of dresses far exceeded our expectations. Each dress I tried on was so stunningly gorgeous that I thought it was going to be difficult choice. Then, alas, the perfect one! The Maggie Sotero Rhianna Royale! Because this dress was in such high demand and hard to find, the shop allowed me to purchase the floor model for an excellent price. I, of course, called about 25 other bridal shops to see if I could find the dress for a better deal and Bella Donna's proved to be the best price by hundreds. Perfect dress at an awesome price!

I have been to Bella Donna's a number of times. Through the bad and through the good. However, I recently went in there to buy my wedding gown. I got all of my Prom Gowns from there many different bridesmaids dresses at that store. It has grown and changed each year and I think it has gotten better over time.



I bought a Maggie Sottero from their store and I was floored by the graciousness of the sales-girls and their amazing new tailor and seamstress. The bridal sales girls were pretty well versed in their product. They helped me get each dress, they helped organized my color scheme, which was pretty complicated and the even helped me design my own custome veil and jewelry.



The last time I was in the store was in the early summer and there seemed to be a lot of things going with different people. However, 7 or 8 months later, it's a different place!



I think the new management their is fabulous, they return your phone calls and try to help you as much as possible. I really had a great bridal experience and enjoyed my bridal appointment, which I thought was a great idea. I had a sales girl all to myself.



I would defintely give this store a chance. They have a big selection, they are accomdating and they LISTEN to you and what you want. Not like some bridal salons who offer ugly dresses and force you to buy them.

I recommend this store to anyone getting married. I bought my wedding dress there and it was beautiful. The staff made everything really easy for me and my girls, including alterations. I felt good coming into the store and I became more excited at every visit. The girls who work there are very sweet. Thank you Bella Donnas.

The service at this store was very good. Our daughter is getting married in the fall and they were quite helpful and patient when she was trying on dresses. They listened to her and allowed her to try on a variety of dresses. When she thought she found "the dress", they were very helpful when she brought her aunt back and then asked to try it on again. She ordered it the same day. When the dress came in, they allowed her to try on various veils and tiaras, and shoes. They let her take her time. There was no pressure. We live out of state and they were very understanding about the challenge of living out of state and getting married in MI. They offered to store the dress for us, so we didn't have to drag it from state to state or store it in some one else's house.



I would highly recommend them.
