Frank was extremely reasonable and completed the job quickly. I appreciated his ability to work around a flexible schedule. The job was completed in July 18 and it looked great. However it is now November and a portion of the fence is coming apart. Also two of the sections are beginning to fall over. The post were not properly placed. I have left repeated messages via phone and email but he has yet to respond. It's been 10 days. All I want is a response and for him to stand by his work. I paid him over $3000. I understand we all go through things in life but this is not professional. Additional steps will have to be taken through potential legal action. It's unfortunate because I am active duty military and do not have much time to enjoy home. Now I have to hire someone else to complete the job.

Word to the wise, Frank will complete the job for a good price but will not stand by the quality of his work.
