Going to be honest and let people know the scoop on this place. They draw you in with their coupons and their services that are so great. Here's the reality. YES they change your oil and oil filter. If you need a new gasket for the drain plug its $1.00 more NOT A PROBLEM but MOST THE TIME YOU DON'T NEED IT. They will VACUUM your car for you while they do the service and if there's any change on the floor...IN THE VACUUM IT GOES FOR LATER RETRIEVAL ! They say that they ALWAYS CHECK ALL FLUIDS INCLUDING DIFFERENTIALS AND TRANSFER CASES...NOT TRUE...They say they GREASE ALL FITTINGS....NOT TRUE. Don't take my word for it. If you take your car there for service just have someone with the right know how check it after they are done. If they break anything underneath your car they don't tell you but, they will write it on their NOTES that "IT CAME IN DAMAGED". If anything under the hood such as OIL DIPSTICK or ANY OF THE CAPS BREAK OR ARE "MISSING" they will LET YOU KNOW. CHECK EVERYTHING!
