Michael helped me on 8-6-22 at the Stafford St. Spectrum in Worcester, MA. I had trouble with exchanging my SIM card in my mobile phone. I had lived in CA. for 20 years. I am a senior with difficulties with tech. He resolved complicated issues in about 20 minutes. He was professional, supportive and unflappable. I would recommend this store in Worcester.
