I have ordered many times from Pizza Works with my staff and the key is do "pick up" because delivery takes forever. However, the last time, my entire salad was completely wilted. I called them up and they said they would comp me a salad for the next time. We offered to bring the salad to show them how bad it was---clearly, nothing they would want to serve to the public. They said not to bring it, but they would give us a free salad with the next order as we have ordered from my office MANY times.



So, today is our next order and the owner's son, who is also an owner, would not honor their word. We even said "so you are not going to honor your word". They started telling us how many salads they serve a day and sometimes they get wilted. We again reminded them that they said they would comp the salad. He refused and just apologized. For a 9.00 salad? Really? What kind of business does that? My staff and I will NEVER order from this place again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know. In fact, this is probably the first review--be it a bad one--that I've ever bothered to get online and post.

It was just Okay to me. I have had better!
