Brought my 10 w.o. daughter to get her ears pierced. Had done my research on piercings and the salons near Manchester NH. Decided to take the 1ish hr drive to Worcester. Very glad we did! We were greeted by a very friendly women, also called a few weeks before and day before the women that answered the phone was very polite and helpful. Mark the owner was the one to pierce her ears, is the only one to do infant piercings. He was absolutely wonderful with all three of us (dad included :D). He was patient with us, let us change and nurse her before and after to help keep her calm. He re-dotted her ears at least 4 times until we liked the placement. He talked and smiled with our daughter as well. You can tell the experience he has by his interaction with her! Her piercing was quick and as painless for everyone as possible! They look great and very very pleased with everything start to finish! HIGHLY recommend Mark and his team for anyone that is looking to get their child's ears pierced!

awesome shop! the staff is great! very personable and just make you feel at ease! they are knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to the work at hand, and their prices are more than fair!! i would recommend this place to anyone!!!

They do a great job, very sterile place. My only complaint would be the staff, but if you can deal with a little obnoxiousness, then it's an awesome place to go.

the artist with the bad attitude has been fired and the new guy is awesome. his work is great. This place is the best if seen for piercing in the mass area. no one has a bigger selection of jewelry. . other places say this but they just put 10 of the same jewelry piece out for display and say they have a huge selection. this is the only A.P.P. members in the area. they guaranty thier jewelry as well. the girl at the counter said if i ever had a problem with my jewelry to go back and they would take of me, she said if a gem came out of the setting they would replace it for free.
