the landlords are total slumlords, the building is filled with mice, the water pressure is not up to code, they walk into tenants apts. without permission,do not turn on the heat on the legal date required by law,make promises they do not keep,have one washing machine for the building that has disgusting dirty water in it, they illegally shut off tenants electricity ,Store equipment in the back yard that is dangerous for children,the area is filled with drug dealers. I know a child that was seriously injured in the back yard because of what they kept stored there , lots of mold in the building not a healthy environment to live
