They are fine until there's a problem then they run the other way like a bat out of hell. Oh we will call you when it's ready... Yeah right that didn't happen. When the window didn't fit they blamed the hardware then they blamed me because I took the window out not them. Very simple removal. It was not the hardware nor my removal. I ended up having to plane it to get it to fit. The guy was defensive and rude and the girls joined him and ganged up on me. I will never go there again. I took the window out for them to measure it then put it back while I waited for it to come in. They put the new one in the frame. I went to put it in and it now did not fit. So they blamed me the hardware everyone but themselves. They do not stand behind their work.

Went to National glass today to purchase a bathroom mirror! Very nice store with a neat and spacious showroom. Very nice people who work there and they were able to have our mirror ready within 15 minutes! Excellent!

Sales person that goes thru 2-3 windshields a year. Always use this guys for glass replacement, friendly fast efficient service, doesnt fail. Family Own at is best.

I dropped off my car to have the windshield changed. They placed a generic glass on my car and gave me the wrong registration back. I called owner to let him know that I would hold them responsible for me driving without the registration to my car, so they ordered the original glass and replaced it. I am appalled that my car was full of sand from the windy day and my floor mats were all dirty from these people. Now me as a consumer, I have to clean up after them..... I WOULD NEVER GO BACK AGAIN
