Had a problem with our bathtub drain, something is obstructing it. Called Gauthiers' and in less than an hour they arrived. Very courteous and professional, fixed the leak quickly and with efficiency. I would highly recommend Gauthiers Plumbing and Heating for on the spot plumbing issues.

I live in Grafton and had a sewer line backup in my basement - luckily caught it before it was a really big problem. Called Gauthier's around 11AM on a Saturday and received a message to leave a message and they would call back within 30 minutes. I thought "ya right". Sure enough Greg from Gauthier called me within that time frame and promised to come over later in the afternoon - again on a Saturday. He showed up as promised took action immediately and had a remedy to resolve my issue. I cannot recommend this company any higher. Thanks Greg you are a true professional!!!

If you're looking for quality plumbers and at a fair price, this is the company you should hire! I needed some old iron leaky pipes in my cellar replaced. Greg came to our home and provided an estimate. Yesterday, Cuzzy and Mark arrived on time and did a wonderful job. I added a couple of things after the quote that needed to be done while they were here. The fixed the items and the iron pipe, they fixed everything and all was great. They discovered a leak in the second story bathroom which the previous owner caused by not using the correct glue to put the pieces together and it came apart. Cuzzy and Mark solved the problem, everything is now fixed perfectly. They gave me the bill and it was what we were originally quoted. All the extra work was not their fault and they cleaned up the cellar and the second floor bathroom. PERFECT is the best way to sum up our experience with this company, especially Cuzzy and Mark. I would definitely recommend and I would hire them again.

I experienced a hot water tank failure (water leaking all over basement, no hot water etc.) I called Gauthier's and was immediately in contact with a plumber who was pleasant, responsive, and professional.
He came over (in approximately 20 minutes !) to evaluate the issue and give me a quote. After discussing issue and various solutions/products he was able to give me a quote for parts and labor.
They were able to install it the next morning - called 1st thing to say they were on his way. Both plumbers who arrived were very pleasant, professional, and neat. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.
