I cannot say enough about my experience with Dr. Fechner and staff. The atmosphere is one of warmth, caring, and professionalism. Dr. Fechner recommended a face and neck lift and I could not be happier with results. The results are so natural and I feel amazing. Thank you so much for an amazing journey.

I love Vanessa. She is always helpful and honest when I ask her opinion on a treatment. My lips always look great and the botox/filler is priced better than other places I have been.

I have been seeing Vanessa for years. After Dr. Fechner stopped doing injections, I was worried about Vanessa doing them. I was wrong to worry because Vanessa is so skilled, she does an amazing job! Not only is she great at filling my face and lips but she is kind, warm, and a beautiful woman. She makes me feel 'safe' when I am in her hands. I drive 1.5 hours to stay seeing her. Today we did my lips, cheeks, nasal labial folds and Dysport. It went great as usual. She helps me feel pretty again. I am very confident in her hands. Kelly at the desk was also so nice!
