This "business" is an absolute scam, and the owner is a con-artist. There are no contracts or time limits on items because she does not keep track of what items consignors provide. When confronted about a significant amount of "missing" items I had provided, I was told several excuses- the "computer system is down" or "my mother and brother probably sold it without putting a tag on it". Even more infuriating, I was told several times that I had to wait to be reimbursed because checks are only made out on a certain day (which kept on changing). Once I finally received a check, I was told to wait before cashing it. Furthermore, reaching the owner was another obstacle in itself because she does not return phone calls unless it is to get more of your belongings to sell. I tried showing up many times, but her hours are constantly changing. The only reason I put down one star is because I had to give something to write this review.
