If I could give 0 stars I would.I put in an order for three fleeces 9/30/16. My receipt said to allow 3-4 weeks to receive the order, and after 5 weeks I still had not received it. I called after 5 weeks and was told they had questions about the order and were glad I called. They had my phone number, I have no idea why it took the 5 weeks to reach out to me. I answered their questions about the order and they told me the order would be completed that day and overnighted to me.I get the order, and one of the fleece's embroidery is wrong, despite being clearly spelled out in the online order as well and over the phone as to what I wanted. I called back that day, they said they would overnight an envelope for my to ship it back and in the meantime they would work on the replacement fleece and ship it to me, and that I should expect to receive it in a few days.Fast forward to now, I still don't have the fleece. I've called on 4 separate occasions where all I get is excuses, and I'm told that my order will be put on the machines tomorrow and will be delivered in a few days. It's been almost three months, and I've barely even gotten so much as an apology for the inconvenience.Today I called and they had the nerve to tell me the reason they couldn't get my order out was because they were busy with Christmas orders that were put in back in October, when my order was put in back in September under the assumption that I would have plenty of time to get it by Christmas.I will never willingly to business with Allen's Uniforms again.

Great Customer Service. Plus, lower prices than all the other School Uniform Stores.

This is such an easy place to shop at! At JC Edwards (where i unfortunately had to get all my stuff for my two daughters last year) the people were rude and never had any of my stuff. I walked in and got all my stuff the first time at allens, didnt have to order, and got great service and prices. Thanks!

Finally, Worcester has a School Uniform Store with good prices and service. My SPM sweaters and polos were in stock. The salespeople were very knowledgeable of my school's Dress Code. I'll be back.

I'm so glad that In ever have to shop at "that other" place again. JG Edward was a back to school nightmare. It's obvious why Allen's has been in business for 100 years - keep up the good work!

Not good at all. Thought I would give it a try but better to stick with people who have the right stuff.

Finally!! Thank you Allen's for coming to Worcester!! Our community has been looking for a uniform company that knows the meaning of customer service.The warmth of your store and the friendly staff is an absolute pleasure.I have been fortunate enough to be a customer of your Leominster store in the past. I am glad to see that the same values went into your Worcester location.
