I've known Brian for many years. I've bought 4 parrots from Brian,all healthy according to the bird and cat clinic on park ave!���� if I have questions about my birds, who do I call? No,not ghost busters, lol, I call Brian. He's not just my supplier of things I need for my birds,he's Family.

I don't know the exact address of the new location but it is in the same plaza as salters college in west Boylston... 184 west Boylston street. He is re-opening very soon!!! Great place to buy all your pet supplies.

I liked visiting the birds but the condition could have been better. The cages look like they were never cleaned. I felt bad for the birds because there cages were dirty. Brian did give good advice about the birds. I would like to also know if the store will open back up. I also would like to know the new address to where brian moved to.

I love brians place he used to be in west boylston where a new gas station is now and I got my bird buster from him when I was younger I love my Quaker parrot but now I want a female Quaker parrot for buster from him and I do not know where he went

awesome parrots, especially the Eclectus I just bought.....Beautiful, cuddly, could not ask for more.....

I am not a fish person, so cannot comment on the conditions the fish are kept int, but I am a professional bird trainer, so will comment on how the birds in this store were kept. I did not go looking for the store, but happened upon it while shopping in Worcester today. All of the birds were crammed into cages that were too small for them. Sometimes very differently sized and strength species were housed together (which could result in injury to the smaller and weaker birds). They had very limited toys and enrichment items available. For a store that specializes in birds, there were very few quality toys and cages available for sale on the floor. The room the birds were kept in smelled very badly. There were piles of poop on the grates and cage floors. Many birds had stained feathers above their nares, which either means they were potentially ill, or breathing and exhaling poor quality, dirty air. Air filtration is excessively important for parrots, who have extremely delicate respiratory systems. It is not safe for them to sit in their own filth. There is no way I would recommend shopping in this store for supplies or birds. I would never support a business that takes such poor care of their animals. I wish this store didn't exist, and definitely wish they didn't sell birds. They are setting a very poor example for bird care. I feel very badly for all the birds that live in these deplorable conditions. They clearly do not care for their birds well at all.

The owner of this pet store has been in business for over 30 years. He is very helpful and has much knowledge on the care /upkeep of all the various pets he sells.

He really cares for his birds and will never tire of your questions! Excellent store.

Owner (Brian I think) is a very nice, knowledgeable and helpful person. Always has fish you don't get in other pet stores.



He is always willing to help and really knows fish and related issues and how to fix.

This place is great and the owner is very helpful. I was having trouble starting my new saltwater tank and he hooked me up with numerous chemicals for free to get the water going and was very patient with me. The owner will give you great deals on fish and supplies! Go to this location if you need anything for Saltwater Aquariums, Fresh water Aquariums, Birds or turtles. He is great and you wont be disapointed. same building as Halloween outlet just on the side of the building.
