This isn't an Italian restaurant. It's the type of restaurant that tourists go to when visiting a city like New York, i.e Little Italy.
When you enter a good Italian restaurant you won't be overwhelmed by the smell of garlic because garlic is meant to enhance the flavor of you meal not overpower it.
You also won'the be served a 10 ton pizza or a meal where the pasta and meat is over cooked.
Been there three times. Each time was either months or years apart. I was trying to determine whether my belief was unfounded.
It wasn't and there won't be a fourth visit...ever.

Iconic authentic Italian restaurant with the best homemade pizza you will ever try. I've been a customer for over 50 yrs and live away from Wooster now and I have a pizza shipped to me it is that amazing! Family owned and operated since established.

One of the longest standing- successful family owned establishments in Wooster, Ohio and probably anywhere around! There are a few interesting quarks, but as long as you know ahead if time, it's more than worth it! No plastic, cash and check only and getting a table and/or pizza does take a little bit longer than... Oh let's say, dominos! Everything is fresh and hand made daily! That's why they're still around. Kickin' *ss and taking names!!!

yes it may be addictingly good pizza, however I am so embarrassed after taking two different friends on two different weekends an hour drive to share a piece of my home town history and both friends were treated like crap, myself included. Hideous wait staff. First visit waited and waited as the host skipped my name. Second time watched most of the restaurant order and receive their pizzas for two and a half hours...there wasn't even anyone waiting in the lobby for pizza. NO EXCUSE! No more friends of this former 30 year customer shall return. Two back to back hideous experiences, and a who gaf staff. Head this warning!

If you like to wait forever to get a table and like overspiced food this place is for you! The last time i ate there i was sick for days after!i give it 2 thumbs down!

If you like garlic, this is the pizza for you. Coccia House has a unique pizza not duplicated anywhere. Lots of cheese and toppings- they don't skimp at all. In addition to their great food (home-made pastas etc.), the staff is as friendly a staff as you'll find anywhere. This is why the wait for a table can extend to over an hour, but it will always be worth the wait. I visit Coccia House, a home time favorite every chance I can, even though I now live over 500 miles away.
