Would never refer to anyone. We called them and clearly explained to them the problem. A water pipe had frozen and than burst. Most important it was in a crawl space. First was suppose to be out at 3:00 pm . Showed up at 8:30 pm.than they sent a BIG guy really. So could not even look at the job. So another day no running water. They promise to come back at 8 AM the next morning. Ok so they send another BIG guy well aware of this now. And he couldn't even look at it. Than asks for $100 just for driving over there. My son-in-law is such a nice guy he gives it to him. So when he told me that I asked for the phone number. I called and spoke to a Tiffany . I explained what had happened. She put me on hold said she spoke to a service manager. Than told me they could see that they had not done ANYTHING at the house. So she said they didn't want us to feel we were being ripped off. So we were getting the $100.00 back. In less than an hour she spoke to my son-in-law and said NO he was not getting it back and never told me that. Because no one could fix that in that crawl space. Well surprise someone is fixing it. And yes your company is a rip off and EVERYONE will know this. I am BLASTING IT ON FACEBOOK. Craigslist all social media. And contacting FOX On Your Side. Word of mouth the best way to advertise. Also the best way to let the consumer know about terrible service. Or lack of in this case. Wow and you have to at least give this review at least one star to post.

Great service company. Very prompt and courteous. Called 3 other companies all 3 promised to come out, none of them showed! SPS was there on time and was very concerned about customer satisfaction. Would use this company again for remodeling, repairs and service. They are the best!

Whenever I have AC issues or need maintenance I always call Heating Repair. They are very professional towards their work and solve all your needs at an affordable prices. They are BEST!!

I had SPS Mechanical replace the Heating and Air my house. Not only did the do a great job on the install they showed up on time and completed the job on shcedule. They were a pleasure to deal with. Im now saving over 100 dollars a month on my gas and electric bills. I would recommend they to all my friends and faimily.

so we have used sps for a number of items. they have done new install of hvac and plumbing and some replacement of hvac. the work is good to adequate. the price is on the high end. the service response is okay. the communication is poor. getting a call back or a plan in advance is like pulling teeth.
