Don't Chose Jensen's

Jensens wanted to order two parts (at a 100% markup) to fix my water leak, one of which (a cooling coil) I didn't need. I spoke to the manfacturer and the cooling coil not only does not have water in it, it's no where near where the water pipes are. In addition, they said that it would cost $150 shipping to get the parts. I ordered the correct part from the manufacture (another plumber will be doing the repair) and the shipping cost was $8. Jensens, also, said that they shut off the water to the leaking pipe. They did not.
