THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!

WARNING THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! they are not mechanics. My vehicle was towed here after it broke down and the claimed it was a fuel pump, charged me and 15 minutes after I drove away it stalled again. Paid to tow it back then they claimed it was a battery. Charged me and once again after driving away it broke down. towed it once more and they admitted to finding bad wires that had gone UN-noticed before. Plus all of a sudden the alternator that checked out to be fine initially went bad and they replaced it . They would not release the vehicle until paid in full for every replaced part and labor! Oh and they demanded cash only. Not once was there an apology or credit for misdiagnosing the problem 4 TIMES!!! They insulted my vehicle and said its just too old and need a new car and they will no longer work on it. When I drove to the nearest gas station to fill up my car would not turn off, explains why they wanted cash. I since have taken the vehicle to a new mechanic in crystal lake highly recommended where they found the problem, fuse box shorted out. once that was replaced I had no issues. Never needed the fuel pump,alternator,battery, wires etc..... These guys are inexperienced and will guess to figure out problems at your expense and have only been in business since august 09' hope this saves innocent people from getting ripped off.
