I absolutely love the wash and the staff is super friendly. Facility is very clean and well maintained.

After being a member of Zippy's since its opening I had to cancel my membership due to my having to move 45 minutes away from the Woodstock location. I went in and canceled my membership in January of 2016. As of August of 2016 $34.99 has been being deducted out of my credit card to pay for services that I canceled 7 months prior. Upon meeting with the manager on September 2, 2016 I was reimbursed the amount that I had been charged for the month of September but was told that I would be getting the rest of the reimbursement $244.93 from the corporate office. After waiting several weeks with no credit to my credit card that had been being automatically deducted from I called to find out where we stand on this issue. I was told by the manager (Mike) that corporate said they would not reimburse me and that I should have caught this earlier. I am not sure that this is the ethical response that is in order at this point. I then asked Mike for the corporate phone number and he informed me that he doesn't even have the number. So I am out $244.93 and I am unable to contact the corporate office. This is unacceptable, unethical, and shows lack of integrity.

This place is AWFUL. Trashy employees, no care for equipment and all about policy and procedure. Hopefully you see this before you go and not afterwards. Trust me, find somewhere else to get your car wash or it will be destroyed.

Beware of Zippy's Car Wash on 92. The mirror on my 2013 new car was completely ripped off when going through this car wash. They said that it must have been loose and refused to pay the damage. Yeah right. The owner didn't seem to care much at all, very smug, in my opinion. Terrible experience with them.
