Always a smile on employee's faces! A pleasure to shop here. Plenty of parking. Super selection and the bonus is....no trekking thru all the isles of the HD and Lowes. My favorite! Keep on doing what you're doing! I'm a fan!

As a Lawn Service business owner whi has spent close to $10,000.00 on equipment you would think the would want to keep me satisfied! I WILL NEVER BRING MY BUSINESS OR SERVICE TO THEM if I ever get my mower back for being repaired. Going on 4wks now for a spindle and clutch belt replacement..... DO NOT USE MARGAN ACE HARDWARE unless you're not in a hurry

I had been using Morgan's for 11 years until this week. I took in my Stihl BR600 Blower for service. A week later I called to see if there was any indication of what was wrong. The service department said they had not looked at it yet, and it would be another week or two before they did. When I expressed concern about the delay, the person in service told me there were 40 items ahead of mine, and this is a busy time of year. Really?!?! A month to get a blower looked at for repair?!? This is ridiculous.





I searched for another authorized Stihl dealer and contacted D & K Southern Power Equipment Specialists in Marietta. An employee named Craig asked me to describe the problem. He told me he thought it was the exhaust port screen clogging, and told me how to fix it myself by simply removing seven screws. I took his advice and fixed the issue myself in 15 minutes! No bringing the blower in, no four week wait and no excuses. Craig and D & K are now my Stihl repair shop.



Morgan's reminds me of the gas station that Gomer Pyle worked at on the Andy Griffith Show. No one is in a hurry, no one is concerned, and no one cares how long the customer waits. Morgan's has only two employees for service/repair issues. This is not enough for three seasons out of four. The service employees should have asked me more detailed questions at drop-off and could have possibly fixed the issue in a few minutes. Instead they took the blower, but did not tell me they were four weeks behind. This is simply poor business/service.

Buyer Beware

Morgans Ace Hardware is a terrible place to take your business. They do not honor what you are told when you make a purchase and they will not take a return even with a receipt. The reviews below that are negative are 100% accurate. There is no way to gain customer trust and/or repeat business with a store manager that is as rude and condescending as this one. I was told, "You bought, you used it, I'm not taking it back." Forget the fact that you have to use something in order to know that it is defective. I wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase of a defective item that the store would not give a refund on. They did offer to "repair" the brand new item, but the way I was treated, I had no faith in their "repair" and was concerned I would have to give them even more of my money. By the way, the purchase was only three days old. Ridiculous customer service!!

Yeah this is probably true. We just don't care enough to fix it. We make money anyway and don't have to fool with returns.

first of all let me say i cant give a review of the whole store but the lawnmower parts/service was awful i was interested in buying an engine from them and i needed to know if the engine would work for my mower so after being helped by they guy who seemed to no nothing about engines he says it should work i ask about a return policy if its the wrong engine and i was pretty much cut off in mid sentence with the answer if it leaves the store its yours no returns no refunds finally a supposed lawnmower tech comes close enough to the desk to ask about it and his reply was i get paid by the hour im not going to walk outside and look at the engine you have which made no sense to me but ok basically i just wouldent stop there for lawnmower parts or service
