David and his team remodelled our master bathroom last summer and did a nice job. We only have a problem with not standing behind the work too well. Within 4-5 months the drywall adjacent to the shower was crumbling near the floor and the water pipes under one of the sinks had become unsecured and were hanging into the cabinet. After several weeks, David came out, did some "mudding" on the drywall, and pushed the pipes back into the wall and tightened the screws on the flange. He told us he'd be back to finish the fix to the walls. Shortly after he left we had a major water leak into the floor the ruined a good portion of our kitchen ceiling. He came back the next day, after we had shut the water off, turned it back on and waited for the leak but it never returned. He told us he'd be back soon to try to find the source of the leak but he never returned. A couple of days later we hired a professional plumber to come out to find the source of the leak. He had to cut three holes in the kitchen ceiling to determine that he did not find an active leak but noticed that "shark bite" fittings had been used in the plumbing work that was done with the remodel. He told us that it is possible that when David secured the pipes under the bathroom sink he broke the seal on these fittings and caused the leak and the fittings re-sealed themselves when the water pressure dropped after we turned off the water. We have called David dozens of times and he has never returned any of our calls. We not only had to pay the plumber but had to hire another drywall contractor to repair the kitchen ceiling. We feel that David should have at least worked with us to fix these issues.

My experience with GQ was wonderful. They have done many jobs for us and we are always very pleased with the results. David really takes the time to listen to your needs and concerns and strives to accomplish what you want. He is very detailed and professional and always finishes on time. David was very professional and easy to deal with. You could tell his main concern was my satisfaction. I made several changes to my original plan and GQ adjusted to the change with pure professionalism. I would definitely recommend GQ Refurbishing to anyone. Definitely a five star company.
