UNRELIABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I set aside a week to have this company install flooring in my home. The work had been scheduled over a month in advance. The company never showed up and never followed up to reschedule. I was hugely inconvenienced and disappointed as I work out of town and had limited time to get the job done.
