Angel is a great guy. Always super friendly and helpful in loading our pine straw. Best quality straw I have found in Georgia. Large, clean, good color bales and best prices around!

Horrible service. Called this company this past Saturday. Spoke to Angel (the nephew) and set up an appointment on Monday. Specifically confirmed on Saturday they would take Visa and come Monday they wanted to send a different company and asked me to write him a check. I then spoke Angel (the boss) after that experience and Angel (the boss) promised to be out himself on Tuesday morning between 9 and 10am. He was a no show/no call. Angel (the nephew) called up at 2:30pm, didn't even apologized for nobody showing up in the morning, and proceeded to ask if he could come out right then. I tried to explain how the experience has now driven me away from them and instead of even attempting to make anything right, he hung up on me. If this is how they do business on a regular basis, I don't know how they will be in business for much longer.
