Very happy with the professionalism and expertise of the doctors and assistants at this clinic. Have transferred records after using them twice this year. I have an 11 year old dog, Roxy, who was very calm and seemed to feel right at home. Close to where we live in Putnam.. Excellent hours to accommodate everyone. They are also very knowledgeable and if in doubt look it up in the computer. Feel very confident in their service. So happy I tried them and recommend them highly. Sandi Pariseau

Um, the listed website is for a clinic in Illinois???????

Dr Gervais and half the staff is no longer there and this clinic is NOT AAHA Accredited. The hours are now inconsistent and a very sparse staff. Wait time is inexcusable and office chaotic. I also understand the staff that IS there has little experience in their positions. Can not find an explanation as to where the Dr/staff went??? No updates on Facebook page explaining the drastic changes. The situation makes me and my pets uneasy. One star because when they opened it was a wonderful place.
