This review is for the customer service.1. The lady who picked up the phone told me to drop car early in the morning and the car will be ready the next day and I did that, but it wasn't. 2. She always promise me to call back but she never did..,, I had to call her back ..,, I know that they are professional in fixing and claiming process except they have this unprofessional customer service person who made me disappoint about this facility.,,

Working with Castle Collision was a pleasure. The whole process was easy, and I felt comfortable dealing with Rob as he guided me through how they do things at Castle. He even gave me an education on how the insurance works. I felt like they were genuinly interested in resolving my situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
