Poor custumer service. I went in feeling like I wasn't welcomed and disrespected. I was wanting to order more of a small part to have extras and was told if I was doing it right I wouldn't need anymore of that part. Rude! Wouldn't recomend this business to anyone!

Brought my SeaDoo in the end of September 2011, when I was back in Wisconsin, to be winterized and received a work order for just that to be done. The price was $122.95 which is overpriced. OK, I live in Colorado and didn't have time when I was there to do it myself, so I will accept the price. When my sister picked it up, there was another charge of $36 to replace a turn signal on the trailer which was never authorized, they just did it. Never bothered to call, I have no idea if the turn signal was really in need of replacement, or just additional profit to the dealership. Since I don't .live in Wisconsin, it took a little longer for someone to pick it up for me. When my sister picked it up, the counterperson, told her, "about time you picked it up" If you like being over charged and enjoy rude service, stop on by, if not, stay away!!
