I am Rich Almack's assistant, this guy Tony R, started cursing at us because he did not like where the property line was, and not only that he asked us to fake the line and he could have 12 inches of our client property which was absurd, and that's the way he wants to fight back because we did the job perfesionally and

This guy had the audacity to profanely curse at me while I was holding my 5 month old baby in my arms. Not very professional to say the least. In addition and in spite, he marked the public sidewalk with his license tag instead of tagging the curbside as all other reasonable surveyors do as a matter of course. This is on top of other offensive actions that I witnessed. As a surveyor, he is working through joint enterprise with the property owner, and by conducting himself in such a manner, potentially opens up liability issues for others.
