I visited Goodness this afternoon, and it was anything but a good experience. I went there to look at invitations for my upcoming wedding, and the woman who "helped me" was the most unprofessional, offensive, and rude person I believe I've ever dealt with. After spending about 10 minutes with me showing me some styles (that I absolutely loved, by the way) she said to me "I would just hope that after looking at MY books, you wouldn't order from anyone else. I've been burned by about 10 other brides, and I'd hope that you wouldn't do that to me. I'm trying to run a business, etc..." Of course this is what goes through every salesperson's mind when they are working to earn your business, but actually saying this to a client is a whole different ballpark. It showed the true personality of this woman and how she definitely didn't care to make this important step in my wedding planning process an enjoyable one. Not only will I NEVER visit this store again for anything, but I hope that other brides in the area think twice before giving her business. There are way too many amazing companies out there to settle for such poor service.
