I have worked in an Italian Deli since I was in High School. I started out working at Joe's Italian American Groceries on Topanga Cyn and Saticoy. The owner, Joe Winnicki, soon became my mentor and was like a father figure to me. Since leaving Joe's, I purchased and became co-owner of a well-known Italian Deli for over 16 years. Upon selling 50% of my ownership and after a few years, I had the opportunity to purchase Cricca's Italian Deli & Subs and continue to do what I love.
