Totally honest and more knowledgeable than any other repair shop I've ever used. They find the REAL problem, not being unduly influenced by what you think is wrong - they really get to the root of your repair issue and fix it with competence. Too many repair shops will replace a part you THINK needs replacing without really finding the root cause, only to have you returning shortly thereafter with the same problem. Norm and his crew won't BS, they know their cars (foreign and domestic), they run a clean shop, and they are as honest as they come. I will always trust these guys!
