I shopped around and gathered information from several alarm companies before settling on Digital Security Concepts. Dave spent a long time answering my questions both over the phone and via email. The sales & installation staff did an awesome job with the setup and walk-through on all the features that came with the system. Since we are in the middle of a renovation, Tech Victor showed me how I can move around different parts and keep the system running. Even offered to come back out if I have any issues. Very professional and friendly. I will continue to do business with this company in the future.

We are extremely pleased with our new security alarm and camera system digital security concepts. The service tech called prior to arrival and arrived on time. Installation was very quick, neat nd included state of the art equipment supported by cell back up monitoring. It's very rare nowadays to have a company you can count on with your security needs. Wish I knew about them for my last year when I got a security system installed for my business in manhattan. We highly recommend Digital Security Concepts.
