Provided by YP.comMy family had Midwestern dental coverage. We saw Dr. Putz in Woodhaven for 5 years. When our teeth starting really hurting, we switched dentists who diagnosed our family of 4 with 13 cavities! 2 rotted partial bridges! and gum disease! They collect ins. premiums but fail to provide services. They are horrible!!!
