I have been an Electronic Computer Services customer for a few years. Tim and Jake are extremely knowledgeable and I have learned from them also. When I had my business, they understood that I needed my computer, and if I had problems, they fixed it for me remotely, or had it back to me in a day or too. I have always felt they are being honest with me, and I don't feel like I'm being ripped off, ever! They're personable and it's like they "have my back" when it comes to my computer. I am 100% satisfied with them and would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing computer service.

The necessity to maintain, with all the included costs and time involved, is almost nil. My last computer cost me twice as much to maintain in less than 2 years and the mainstream commercial ones only lasted 2 years and weren't modular enough to repair. The whole ECS team came together to provide a superior product for me, thanks!

Tim is GREAT! He is very, very knowledgeable,

professional, friendly & helpful. I have had 7/8 people trying to set-up my printer to my PC for the last 3 months with no success. He was here & had it working within 10 minutes. I did not know about his business until recently. I WILL DEFINITELY use them from now on!! Also,they were available when I had questions & returned my calls promptly. I recommend ECS INC. very highly.

Tim and Jake are very knowledgeable and helpful. We have been going to them for years for repair work, restoring information that we thought we lost on old computers, and recently to transfer data to my new computer. They are always available for me to call should I have any tech issues.

Tim did a excellent jab cleaning my computer and getting rid of several viruses. He was quick and reasonable. I would recommend ECS to anyone. Very nice to work with.

I highly recommend ECS Inc for personal computer assistance. They were professional, timely, patient as they explained everything, very upfront about potential costs etc. and sensitive to privacy issues and data protection. The turn-around time was excellent and they saved my life (read hard drive). When I need a new pc that's where I will be going. I would recommend them to friend and family without reservation.

This would be the second computer I've bought from ECS in the past 6 years, the first one lasted me for about 5 (very high usage). ECS provides amazing customer service and tech support; there has been many occasions that I would call them late at night on Sunday with a problem and they would take a couple hours out of their evening to help get everything working with their remote support tool. They have earned not only my gratitude but future patronage for their products; I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase software or a new PC.

I have bought 2 PCs from them and gotten numerous amounts of support. They recently took the time to look over my entire PC and track down any problems with it. They did the whole works and my computer runs like new again. Its great.

I recently bought my second personal computer from ECSI and I couldn't be happier with it. They fully support everything they build and sell and are very knowledgeable about all of their products and services. The remote support they offer is quite unique and very effective, allowing them to fix your PC from virtually anywhere at any time. The products they offer run the gamut in terms of pricing and performance, allowing them to custom tailor a machine to match your needs and your price range, and they are very up-to-date on the current technology trends and advances so they can recommend what new features to go for early on and which ones to steer clear of.



Perhaps the best part of dealing with ECSI is the fact that they are family owned and run. You'll always be able to talk to the people who do the actual work when you are ordering/requesting service. I have called them up and talked directly to the owner several times during the construction of my PC and they always took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and that they had answered any questions that I might have had. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new PC for any reason (and I personally have recommended them to 4 other individuals who all have had similar experiences).
