Olsen's Packaging has been in business for 30 years with over 100 years of knowledge in the packaging business. We have over 1.5 million dollars worth of inventory in replacement parts and shrink packaging equipment. We are well versed in most of your shrink packaging equipment which allows us to be able to build new equipment, rebuild your old equipment, travel and do service work anywhere there might be a need. There is no job too small or too big for Olsen's to be able to help with any parts or machine needs. This company was founded on God first, family second and hard work third. We here at Olsen's believe that a man is only as good as his word. Even though we are not perfect, we will do our dead level best to do what is right.

Greedy crooks

As a former employee, I would not recommend doing business here. Parts are SEVERELY overpriced and mostly sourced from China. They had us remove labels indicating part numbers, so that customers would have to call us for a replacement. They will sell unnecessary parts, insisting that you need them. They send out used parts and bill them as new. They constantly lie to customers about how long it will take to send a piece of equipment, in order to get an up-front payment, then won't take calls from angry customers. I was forced to fix things the cheap way, instead of the right way. They put their greed before their customers best interest. The best way for this company to improve, would be to start running it with integrity.
